The Cypriot real estate market continues to exhibit solid growth for nine consecutive months, still standing totally unaffected by both macroeconomic and geopolitical uncertainties. This happens as the domestic and the international investors rush to buy housing before the rising cost of construction and the war in Ukraine affect the real estate market.
